We use an email based, Paypal ordering system. A Paypal account is not required to place a credit card order. The payment system will accept;

When placing an order, send us an email and please make sure the word “ORDER” appears in the subject heading and include the following:

Voltage for overseas customers
If preferred, customers may phone in orders to 816-333-7358. Phone answered from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
When we are about ready to ship, we will send you an email invoice. The customer then clicks on a link in the email and is taken to a secure Paypal site where payment is made. We never see or handle your personal financial information.
Publications available for download are purchased directly without the need for sending an email.

Refund Policy:
Assembled equipment cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Partially assembled kits cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Opened kits that have not been partially or fully assembled can be returned less a 20% restocking charge and less outbound shipping within 30 days.
We don't charge your credit card until we are a few days from shipping.
All specifications are subject to change without notice.
Parts supplied with kits are warrantied for 90 days.
