Tube Analyzer Safety Notice

There are about 6 Tube Analyzers in the field that were supplied with metal base Svetlana 6550 tubes. The metal base is connected to pin 1 which in turn is connected to pin 3- the plate. The metal base is therefore hot with high voltage on it.

Anyone with a Tube Analyzer with a metal base 6550 should wrap electrical tape around the base or contact me and I will replace the tube with a plastic base unit.
