Order Information Page 

Transcendent Sound is now employing a new order system that is much more personal and easier to use for the customer.  Instead of the customer having to figure out how to navigate through another automated on-line store, simply email us and tell us what you want to buy.  A human being will respond, acknowledging receipt of your order.  Total costs with shipping will be confirmed.  Then one or two days before the order is anticipated to be shipped, we (that is, a human being) will email you an invoice from a Paypal payment system.  The payment system will accept;

MasterCard
Discover
American Express
Paypal
Bank account transfer or E-check

A Paypal account is not required to place a credit card order.  Paypal is required for bank transfer. 
The customer then clicks on a link in the email and is taken to a secure Paypal site where payment is made. 
We never see or handle your personal financial information. 

NOTE:  Audio Reality may be purchased directly by clicking on the "Buy Now" button on the web page.  No emailing necessary.

This system has many advantages.

  1. All communications are handled by human beings.
  2. Orders are completely flexible.  Any combination of alterations, shipping charges, discounts or any modifications can be accommodated.  The customer knows the total price at the beginning of the payment process.
  3. Data security is kept at the highest level.  Transcendent Sound computers cannot be hacked into and have credit card numbers stolen because the numbers are not there.  The customer’s financial privacy is maintained.
  4. Virtually every major method of payment is available to the customer.
  5. Credit cards are not charged until just before the order is shipped.

As you can see, this is a very simple system for the customer to use.  Just tell us what you want and we will handle the rest.

For assembled equipment, credit cards will be charged when assembly begins.  That’s a fair compromise that protects the company and does not overburden the customer. 

When placing an order, please type “ORDER” in the subject heading and be sure to include the following:

Exactly what you want to buy
Name
Address
Phone Number - must have for export orders
email - very important
Voltage for overseas customers

If preferred, customers may phone in orders.

Terms and Conditions:
Factory assembled equipment cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  All assembled equipment carries a one year parts and labor guarantee.  Kits that have not been partially or fully assembled may be returned less a 20% restocking fee.  Kits that have been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
