We use a paypal based email ordering system.  A Paypal account is not required to place a credit card order. The payment system will accept;

When we are about ready to ship, we will send you an email invoice.  The customer then clicks on a link in the email and is taken to a secure Paypal site where payment is made.  We never see or handle your personal financial information. 

For assembled equipment, credit cards will be charged when assembly begins. 

Publications available for download are purchased directly without the need for sending an email.

When placing an order, please make sure the word “ORDER” appears in the subject heading and be sure to include the following:

Exactly what you want to buy
Phone Number - must have for FEDEX and export orders
email - very important
Voltage for overseas customers

Refund Policy:

Assembled equipment cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  Assembled or partially assembled kits cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  Opened kits that have not been partially or fully assembled can be returned less a 20% restocking charge within 30 days. 


We bill by sending the customer a paypal email invoice that can be payed with a credit card or paypal.  This way we don’t have to handle your sensitive credit card information.  If desired, customers may place orders over the phone.  We don’t charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.  Orders usually take about a week to ship.  This depends on sales load or if parts get back ordered.  Assembled equipment is custom made to order and takes weeks to commence assembly.  We charge your card when assembly begins.
